Clear terms for an independent AI guide.

This page is a plain-language notice for the public guide and its controlled Try workspace. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed against the operator’s jurisdiction and actual data practices before launch.

Independent-product disclosure

GPT Astra Guide is an independent informational product. It is not OpenAI, ChatGPT, Anthropic, Google, Moonshot AI, DeepSeek, or any of their affiliates. Names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for nominative reference.

Content disclaimer

Model availability, behavior, prices, limits, and competitor offerings change. We provide information and tools for general planning, not legal, security, procurement, financial, or professional advice. Verify current terms and pricing with the relevant provider before deploying or buying services.

Privacy principles for the Try workspace

Do not enter secrets, regulated data, credentials, or personal information unless the service’s current privacy notice explicitly permits the use. A production workspace should minimize collection, avoid retaining raw prompts by default, restrict access, encrypt retained data, define a short retention period, and provide a deletion route. Usage and security records may be retained in a de-identified form to operate the service and prevent abuse.

Acceptable use and external actions

You must not use the workspace to violate law, infringe rights, evade safeguards, or cause harm. Generated content can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing output and for confirming any tool action that changes systems, files, accounts, money, or public content.

Third-party processing

Where the Try workspace is enabled, requests are relayed through KIE to GPT-6 Astra. Their current terms and data practices apply in addition to this notice. Never expose a provider API key in browser code, a shared Blender add-on, or a public repository.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

Does this site store my prompts?

The public guide does not need prompt content. The controlled workspace should disclose its exact retention behavior at point of use; do not submit sensitive data until that notice has been reviewed.

Can I rely on the calculator for a purchase order?

No. It is an educational estimate. Confirm current provider pricing, tool charges, cloud costs, taxes, service-tier terms, and your own measured usage.

Who is responsible for actions suggested by the model?

The user or deploying organization remains responsible for reviewing output and approving actions. Models and guides are not a substitute for appropriate technical, legal, or security review.
